During our session, you will be breathing and dancing with the full moon energy and release any old stuff. You will ecstatically move your delicious body to bring in the most juicy 💦 intentions into your life.

Expect to leave this experience feeling delicious in your body, light and trusting and oh yeah landed in your femme power and your sexuality. Boom!

This session will be about 90 minutes long using:

holotropic breathwork, journaling, free movement & ecstatic delicious dance.

This event takes place on Zoom, after registering you will be emailed the link to access the workshop.

This is a live event for us to connect in real-time. However if you can't make it live, there will be a recording that will be uploaded max. 24 hours after the class and that will remain available for 2 months (you can download it and store it on your computer for forever access).

What to bring & how to prepare:

• Bring a journal and pen for any journaling 
• A good sound system or headphones

• A towel, pillow, or meditation bolster, yoga mat under the hips is recommended for comfort. If you get cold easily, a light blanket or sweater is nice too.
• Avoid eating heavy or drinking a lot of liquid before - a light snack is okay.
• Create a calm and peaceful space in your house to breathe & dance. If you have kids or a partner, invite them to get involved or let them know that you will need quiet space for the session.
