When I discovered tantra & hatha yoga in 2015, I knew it was something I had been looking for my entire life.

I deeply appreciated the new type of connection with my physical body, so different than working out, way more subtle.

I was also super intrigued by the focus on energy, the chakras and their emotional activation. And last but not least the mystery, the beautiful spirituality of this old eastern tradition. 

Becoming a 500H Hatha Yoga teacher in 2016 was an inevitable step.

I now teach deep meditative classes all over the world (live & via Zoom), leaving my students feeling super relaxed, open and joyful.

What I think is amazing about traditional Hatha Yoga is the deep sense of peacefulness as you practice focussing the mind, concentration. So you actually teach your mind to become still. This is so welcome in your fast paced society. It is also a skill you need to become multi-orgasmic ;)

My classes range from more dynamic practices that will give you physical strength, vitality, and willpower, to more meditative practices that allow you to achieve inner calmness and balance.

On top of the diverse range of asanas - the hatha yoga postures - other techniques such as uddiyana bandha, sun salutations, pranayama, Prana Uchara, or AUM meditation, are integrated into the classes.
